Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound/outbound shipments via truck, rail, and air freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS platforms
- Resolve logistics disruptions and carrier communications
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and costs
- Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Forklift certification preferred
