Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and sea carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate carrier communications
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
- Optimize load planning and route efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams on order fulfillment
- Monitor KPIs for on-time delivery and cost efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
