Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using ERP systems (SAP/JDE)
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Manage inventory reconciliation for shipping materials
- Collaborate with sales to ensure customer delivery requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- OSHA/Forklift certification preferred
