Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation compliance and carrier selection
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse storage for efficient order fulfillment
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accurate order processing
- Maintain shipping databases and generate performance reports
- Implement cost-saving measures in transportation and packaging
- Train staff on shipping protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations (Incoterms, customs)
