Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using WMS and TMS systems
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Comply with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
