Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate contracts to reduce transportation costs
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams for flawless execution
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Analyze KPIs to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and ERP software
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-pressure scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
