Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track shipments using TMS/WMS systems and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize shipping routes for cost efficiency
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (ITAR, FDA, etc.)
- Generate shipping reports and KPI analytics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Certified Customs Broker or IATA certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Knowledge of Denver port/airport operations a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
