Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, including carrier selection, scheduling, and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock accuracy
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address carrier-related issues proactively
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and international shipping requirements
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet delivery timelines
- Track shipments using logistics software and provide real-time status updates
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
