Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier relationships to optimize delivery timelines
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance records
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse receiving/shipping activities
- Resolve transportation disruptions and proactively communicate delays to stakeholders
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve fulfillment inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- FDA/OSHA compliance knowledge and hazardous materials certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for multi-stakeholder coordination
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
