Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, route optimization, and documentation preparation
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and proactively resolve transit delays
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure compliance with regulations
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics data for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to meet customer delivery expectations
- Maintain accurate shipping records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD) a plus
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
