Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for 50+ daily shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for international shipments
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and resolve transit delays
- Track shipments using WMS/TMS systems and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Optimize packaging solutions to reduce costs while ensuring product safety
- Conduct monthly inventory audits and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and hazardous materials regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
- OSHA Hazmat certification or willingness to obtain
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
