Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including LTL, FTL, and air freight
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation in ERP systems
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and proactively address delays
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to reduce costs
- Generate shipping reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- FMCSA Hazmat certification preferred
