- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and provide proactive updates
- Collaborate with carriers to resolve delays and optimize routes
- Inventory management and warehouse coordination for inbound/outbound goods
- Build relationships with vendors and clients to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Descartes)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
