Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and prioritize outbound freight based on delivery deadlines
- Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
- Process domestic/international shipments using WMS software (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Liaise with carriers to negotiate rates, track shipments, and resolve transit issues
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments ensuring compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading and unloading procedures
- Generate shipping reports and KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/receiving experience in logistics or supply chain
- Proficiency in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
