Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and delivery tracking
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and compliance records
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery rates and shipping costs
- Build relationships with carriers to negotiate rates and service levels
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with international shipping regulations
