Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for ocean, air, and ground freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms and provide proactive client updates
- Resolve customs clearance issues and liaise with regulatory authorities
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely loading/unloading schedules
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce transit times
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Descartes, Oracle Transportation)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CSCMP) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Valid Florida driver's license
