Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) ensuring regulatory compliance
- Track and optimize shipment routes using logistics software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse receiving/distribution
- Analyze shipping costs and negotiate carrier contracts
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Supply chain certification (CSCP, CILT) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
