Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and delivery times
- Communicate shipment status to internal/external stakeholders
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset for addressing shipment exceptions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
