- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Process documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to prioritize loading schedules
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Manage inventory reconciliation and shipping database maintenance
- Communicate shipment status to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficient with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and shipping software
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong analytical skills for route optimization and cost analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines
- OSHA certification preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual a plus
