As a pivotal member of our logistics network, you will oversee the end-to-end shipping process, ensuring that our cargo reaches its destination safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international freight shipments to ensure strict adherence to delivery timelines.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments in real-time using transportation management systems and troubleshoot any delays or logistical hurdles.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, inventory levels, and carrier performance metrics.
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, trucking companies, and internal department heads to resolve issues.
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in transportation software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex shipping data and reports.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
