Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound freight shipments.
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and commercial invoices.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal shipping regulations.
- Analyze shipping costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid Driver's License.
