Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping processes from order to delivery
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation
- Liaise with carriers to optimize freight rates and transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Train team members on shipping procedures and tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environment
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Forklift certification preferred
