We are looking for an experienced and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our logistics team in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and commercial invoices.
- Track shipments in real-time and communicate status updates to internal teams and customers.
- Liaise with carriers and warehouse staff to resolve shipping discrepancies and delays.
- Analyze shipping costs and suggest methods to optimize logistics processes and reduce expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory movements in the ERP system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficient in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms and global shipping regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Logistics preferred.
