Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and pallets efficiently and safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery (certification provided upon hire).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and inventory targets.
- Label, sort, and stage products for distribution according to company protocols.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and reporting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
