Responsibilities
- Manage and process shipping orders, bills of lading, and commercial invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with carriers (LTL, FTL, Air) to schedule pickups and track shipments in real-time.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and logistical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain organized, digital, and physical records of all outgoing and incoming freight.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams and external customers regarding delivery status and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal shipping regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of verifiable experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
