Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Resolve transportation delays and carrier issues proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for accurate loading/unloading
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Communicate shipment status to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficient with TMS/WMS systems and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs regulations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
