Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes from order fulfillment to final delivery
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier rates to maximize cost-efficiency
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and international partners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proficiency in TMS systems and shipping documentation software
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and INCOTERMS
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
