Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation systems
- Oversee order processing, scheduling, and freight tracking
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent shipments
- Collaborate with customs brokers and compliance teams
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
