Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Track and optimize freight movement using TMS platforms (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Resolve transportation disruptions and maintain real-time shipment visibility
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and clients to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and compliance paperwork
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory synchronization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Experience with LTL/FTL carrier management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
