Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in fast-paced fulfillment center
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and Amazon's safety guidelines at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems and digital tools
- Reliable transportation to Greensboro, NC facility
- Strong teamwork ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
