Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with transportation team to coordinate timely deliveries
- Generate performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage KPIs including safety, productivity, and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
