Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using powered industrial equipment (PIT)
- Scan and sort inventory with RF scanners in real-time
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital records
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Operate in OSHA-compliant safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train on automated conveyor systems and WMS software
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid PIT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
