Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Organize inventory using RF scanners and digital systems
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and reports
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to/from overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
