Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain Facility: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory.
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (preferred).
- High School Diploma: High School Diploma or GED required.
