- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of 2026 strategic goals.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Present quarterly strategic updates to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and forward-thinking across all departments.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to secure resources and budget for high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and achieving long-term organizational goals.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the technology, finance, or innovation sectors is highly preferred.
