Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Vision 2026 strategic planning process, translating market shifts into actionable business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies and industry trends to forecast future opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap that aligns with the company's mission and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate long-term strategies into daily operations.
- Present complex strategic concepts to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Identify potential risks and growth opportunities within the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term visions (5+ year horizons).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear strategic narratives.
- Experience working in the Technology or SaaS sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is a plus.
