Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business growth.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Oversee cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends and competitive advantages by 2026.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and board members.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or initiatives 3-5 years in advance.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M.
