Responsibilities
- Architect and publish the 2026 Technology & Society foresight report
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic integration
- Develop scenario planning frameworks for global market disruptions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic research labs and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
