Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates market shifts by 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Future-Proofing Strategy: Assess current infrastructure and processes to ensure scalability and resilience against future technological disruptions.
- Executive Advisory: Present visionary concepts and data-driven insights to the C-suite to secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate foresight strategies into daily operations.
- Talent & Culture: Champion a culture of innovation and continuous learning to prepare the workforce for future challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including cloud architecture, AI integration, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
