Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps targeting carbon neutrality, circular economy integration, and stakeholder engagement
- Analyze ESG data trends to develop evidence-based sustainability policies and KPI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning operations, supply chains, and product development with sustainability targets
- Manage stakeholder communications including investor reports, sustainability disclosures, and community partnerships
- Drive innovation in sustainable technologies and industry best practices through research and pilot programs
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with evolving sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field with 5+ years of corporate sustainability strategy experience
- Proven expertise developing and executing 5-year sustainability roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting tools
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in sustainability metrics dashboards and impact assessment
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar designation preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing sustainability budgets over $1M
- Demonstrated success in integrating sustainability into business strategy and driving organizational change
