Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-2030 sustainability roadmap with measurable targets for carbon neutrality, waste reduction, and social equity
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating ESG principles into product development, supply chains, and operations
- Develop innovative circular economy models to minimize resource consumption and maximize lifecycle value
- Design and implement climate tech solutions including carbon accounting systems and renewable energy transitions
- Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent reporting frameworks aligned with GRI, SASB, and TCFD standards
- Lead corporate sustainability governance through board-level strategy sessions and investor communications
- Pioneer emerging sustainability technologies including AI-driven impact measurement and blockchain for traceability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Business with 7+ years in corporate sustainability leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year ESG strategies with quantifiable impact metrics
- Expertise in climate tech, circular economy models, and regulatory frameworks (SEC climate rules, EU CSRD)
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (SAP Sustainability Cloud, Persefoni) and carbon accounting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex sustainability transformations
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSR-P) or equivalent ESG certification required
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex sustainability concepts for executive and public audiences
