Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Own and articulate the long-term product vision and strategy for our AI division, aligning technology with business goals.
- Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for 2026, prioritizing features that drive maximum impact and user value.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on technical deliverables.
- Technical Leadership: Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for the 2026 landscape.
- Agile Execution: Lead agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) post-launch to iterate and optimize product performance continuously.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or a related role, with a focus on AI or Data Science.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends, specifically regarding the evolution of AI in 2026.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and machine learning models.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical jargon.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!) and data analysis platforms (SQL, Tableau).
