Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in warehouse environment
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Load/unload trucks and containers efficiently using proper techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Identify and report safety hazards or operational inefficiencies
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Clean background check and drug screen required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Forklift experience with various equipment (sit-down/stand-up reach trucks)
