Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks using efficient stacking/palletizing techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Operate other warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
