Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials efficiently
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Train on specialized equipment as operational needs evolve
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to North Atlanta industrial parks
