Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse and yard settings
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Inventory management and stock rotation in climate-controlled facilities
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for efficient workflow
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 1+ years of industrial equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Flexible schedule including weekend availability
- New Mexico driver's license required
