Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision in our 50,000 sq ft facility
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory using WMS systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new hires on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift types: sit-down, stand-up, and reach truck proficiency
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
