Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Conduct daily pre-operation safety inspections and equipment checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with warehouse cleanup and equipment maintenance duties
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or obtained within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
