Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Document inventory movements via warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (required)
- 2+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent
