Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments using proper stacking and securing techniques
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and organization
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (e.g., OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
